Have an end of summer blast with you and your best furry friend. Splish Splash Water Park in Calverton invites you to Doggie Dip where you can swim, splash and frolic with your dog in their huge wave pool!
The cost to attend is $15 per handler and $10 per dog (one dog per handler).
A portion of the proceeds go to support the Kent Animal Shelter who will also have animals available for adoption.
Signed waiver, rabies tag, collar, leash and license are required to participate in event. Fees can be paid at the gate.

Please join LI-DOG for our first Pack Walk™ of the 2020 season as we visit the Calverton Pine Barrens State Forest in Wading River. Our walk will cover approximately 2.5 miles and go by an abandoned 10,000-foot. runway before we turn onto the trail by Grumman Blvd. That trail will take us by a nice pond and through the woods before ending up near the Isaac Dog Park. On Sun., Sept. 15th from 10AM – 12PM, Splish Splash will be hosting Doggy Day 2019! Come and enjoy a morning with your pup at the wavepool. Tickets for this event MUST be purchased in advance at the park. Tickets are on sale now. The tickets cost $15 per dog, $10 per human with all the proceeds going to a local animal shelter. Parking is free the day of the event.
Limit one dog per handler. All dogs must be wearing a collar and a leash must be on-hand by the owner. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS allowed (any dog displaying aggressive behavior will be requested to leave with NO refund.)
Every owner will take full responsibility for their dog at all times. Each owner must provide proof of vaccination and license within 24 hours, upon request.
Hurry and get your tickets now as only a limited number of dogs will be allowed to participate! Please bring poop bags and water for your dogs, and please be respectful and clean up after them.

Tickets for this event must be purchased in advance AT THE PARK. They are on sale now, Monday through Friday 10AM – 6PM and Saturday and Sunday 10AM – 7PM. The tickets cost $15 per dog, $10 per human with all the proceeds going to a local animal shelter. Parking is free the day of the event.

Kent Animal Shelter invites all for some special holiday cheer at its annual holiday social for pets and their families–the Kent Animal Shelter Holiday Open House & Pet Photos with Santa! The shelter will be decorated in festive flair for the holiday season and professional photographer Kathleen O’Donnell will take photo portraits of you and your pets or just your pets! A $10 minimum donation per photo is requested. All photos will be delivered after the event via email. Dress up in your holiday garb and bring the family!
Enjoy complimentary refreshments and check out their great raffle prize baskets and unique pet boutique. To bring holiday cheer to homeless animals, donations of pet food, treats, toys and clean bedding will be gratefully accepted. Kent Animal Shelter is a 501C3 organization that provides a no-kill haven for homeless animals, adoption services, a spay/neuter clinic, and humane education.
