On Sunday, May 17th, the Nassau County SPCA will be hosting its third annual Animal Abuse Awareness & Adoption event at the Farmingdale Village Green (361 Main Street). LI-DOG will be there!
Bring your pup down for a fun time to celebrate your love for animals and help take a stand against animal abuse. Pet-friendly vendors will be onsite with crafts, accessories, customizable friendship collars, and more.
Plus, there’ll be adorable adoptable pets for you to meet. The Nassau SPCA is partnering with local rescues to feature animals looking for their forever homes. Who knows, you may meet your new furry best friend there!
Cat and dog-themed “sWag Bags” filled with treats and four raffle tickets will be available for a $20 donation. Funds raised will help the Nassau County SPCA rescue animals from abuse and neglect.
Come and support this great cause on Sun., May 17th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Make sure to stop by the LI-DOG booth and say, hello!
Afterwards, enjoy Farmingdale’s pet-friendly venues for a meal, coffee, dessert or a drink.
