Long Island Pet Expo in the Park

Held in conjunction with the Long Island Family Festival, the dog-friendly Long Island Pet Expo in the Park promises to entertain both you and your dog! There’ll be demonstrations by Maximum K9 Service in the dog ring, agility run-throughs with Doggie U K9 Academy, a Lure Course, a Pet Fashion Show and Contest, and the Long Island Dog Derby for dogs 25 pounds and under.
In addition to several rescue and adoption group, LI-DOG will be there with a booth for the first time. We’ll have dog treats on hand and information about our upcoming Howl-o-Ween Costume Contest and Pawty in October and our work to open all New York State parks to people with dogs. Please stop by and say hello!
Leashed dogs are welcome.
Admission is free and there is ample free parking on site.
