A resolution to finally add Heckscher Park to Huntington’s townwide dog-friendly parks policy is up for a vote by the Huntington Town Board on Thurs., Nov. 19th. The resolution sponsored by Councilwoman Joan Cergol comes on the heels of an almost year-long pilot program that was successful and gained broad support in the community.
