    This is our Toy Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Scout. She is 2 years old and an absoulute joy. Our lives took an exciting turn when we rescued Scout. She had some back leg trauma when we first adopted her, and the vet said to work with her. Being the good natured dog and always trying to please us, she worked extremely hard to get to where she is today. Her favorite place in the world is the dog run at Blydenburgh Park. She is always excited when we pull into the park entrance. Once off her leash, Scout prances around the park for hours, playing with the other small dogs as well as the children that come to look at all of the different dogs. Scout is always in the mood to play with us, as well as an irresistible urge to play with squeak toys. She is an awesome traveler and loves the car rides that we take. Scouts best friends are two Italian Greyhounds Max and Marcus who are our neighbors.

    People say that they rescue dogs, but we can tell you from our experience, that Scout has rescued us. She is an integral part of our family. We want to thank LI Dog for giving Scout a place to run and play without a leash. I hope people will come to the dog run to play with Scout and all the other dogs, it is truly a wonderful place.
